Instead of buying riders from transfer list, you can create your own junior academy. Opening academy costs 80 000 zł - this amount is subtract once from your finances.
After this step there will be visible list of juniors, info about their talent, age and skills (stamina, reflex, strength, ride technique, start technique). New riders instead of specific values have displayed question mark. In first week you'll see only one skill or talent. Each week next skill is displayed.
Recruitment takes place every Saturday and reveal next skills. In the age of 16 juniors can take an exam. All progress displayed is only for VIP holder (green number near skill is his last skill progress). Exams take place at midnight between Friday and Saturday before 1st, 5th, 10th, 14th and 18th queue. Attempt is a one-time cost of 2 000 zł per each rider. Exam result will be sent by private message. if anyone pass the exam, he automatically join your team with contract valid 210 days (2 full season) with 1 500 zł salary.
In junior academy there are two more options. First is refinancing (between 0-1000 zł) which increase progress by 10% every 100 zł. If you find there is no hope for anyone you can just throw him out.
Scouting
Like in real world you can hire an scout, who will search talented juniors for you. Depending on how much you pay him, the chances of finding a real "pearls" are higher or lower. Anyway:
- If you hire skaut paying him 2000 zł WEEKLY Your chances to find talented junior increase 2%
- If you hire skaut paying him 3000 zł WEEKLY Your chances to find talented junior increase 3%
- If you hire skaut paying him 4000 zł WEEKLY Your chances to find talented junior increase 4%
- If you hire skaut paying him 5000 zł WEEKLY Your chances to find talented junior increase 5%
